Ego boost

guess what can be a real ego boost....... in the past one month it has happened 4 times with me.......guys younger than me coming ot me me and guessing my age less than theirs.....and then getting in real shock knowing that i am atleast as old as they are...........i just love to see that moment........wrk out really is working......need to keep going

Just a thought

Every new year brings some joy to us...and that joy may be attributed to Hope.......we all are hopeful ...and there are certain things or people that instigate hope in us..........for me these days its Adam Sandler and his movies........most of his movies are on lighter side about character with character with his own idiocyncracies but a bit dreamy and hopeful........be it Mr Deeds where he wanted not to be rich but just to save the family business and marry a girl..... or waterboy where he just wanted to have friends........or bedtime stories where he just wanted to save his father's small motel....... but to me zohan was particularly good.......it was funny offcourse....but if looked critically ... it actually indicated people who consider themselves to be sworn enemy always wants to change for betterment...........a terrorist ambition to own chain of hotels and a super commando desiring to be a hair dresser...........both considered super heroes within their group of people actually living in stress and dreaming about something.........hope comes when they actually become what they wanted.........
so keep hoping and dreaming and keep chasing dreams....
